Florida Deferred Presentment Transaction System

This website exists to comply with SB 1526, which requires the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation to establish and maintain a database of all deferred presentment transactions (DPTs) conducted in the state. This site represents the primary access point to the DPT database. In order to access the database, you must be a licensed Deferred Presentment Provider (DPP) and have an assigned User I.D. and Password.

This site is maintained by Catalis under a program management contract with the Office of Financial Regulation.
